Axaco Air /Abstract management

Make room for the research. Not the admin.

For universities, research conferences and congresses, the submissions are the core of the programme. Collect abstracts and manage the review in the same system as participant registration, in a flow built together with you.

  • The abstract process is built together with you
  • Abstract collection in the same system as registration
  • Double-blind review when you want it
  • For universities, congresses and scientific conferences

The flow step by step

From submission to presentation.

A typical abstract management flow. Roles and steps are set together with you.

  1. Step 1

    Author

    Submits their abstract

  2. Step 2

    Conference administrator

    Receives and assigns submissions

  3. Step 3

    Reviewer

    Assesses and comments on submissions

  4. Step 4

    Scientific committee

Decides on acceptance and presentation format

  5. Step 5

    Author

Is notified and presents at the conference

Illustrative example

Submissions and registration in one place.

Abstracts and registration fall at very different times and are therefore usually kept apart, but they can also be combined in one form. The choice is yours.

A review process defined by your needs.

The number of reviewers per abstract, how many review rounds you want and which presentation type is visible to whom are set up in conversation with you. You do not review according to our system – the system is built around your needs.

“Double blind” review.

The review can of course be built on the double-blind review principle, where neither authors nor reviewers see who stands behind a submission or who reviews it.

Keep the review together.

Each reviewer gets their own portal with the abstracts assigned to them. There they read, score and comment on the submissions. The organising committee can follow the review in their system reports instead of sending lists back and forth.
