Data controller

Axaco Event System AB (company reg. no. 556461-2108), Box 353, SE-184 24 Åkersberga, Sweden, is the controller for the processing described under contact requests and visitor statistics.

Contact requests

When you submit a request through the form, we process your name, organisation, email address and what you write in the message. We use the details to answer and follow up on your request, and you receive a confirmation by email.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests and keeping a dialogue with you and your organisation. The details are kept for as long as they are needed for the matter and continued contact.

The details are therefore stored with us so that we can reply and follow up on your matter. They are not part of the visitor statistics.

Visitor statistics

We only collect statistics if you accept. The statistics show page views, button clicks, approximate device type, country and time on page. We do not store IP addresses and we use no third-party tracking or advertising tools.

The statistics never read or save what you type into the forms. They are entirely separate from contact requests, which are stored as described above so that we can get back to you.

Your consent and your language choice are stored locally in your browser. To change your consent, clear site data for axaco.se and we will ask again.

Axaco Air and participant data

When an organisation uses Axaco Air for its events, that organisation is the controller for participant data. Axaco then acts as processor and handles the data according to the customer's instructions and the data processing agreement between us.

Are you a participant with questions about your data? Please contact the event organiser first.

Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by suppliers who help us with hosting, storage and email delivery, solely to provide their service to us.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to info@axaco.se.

If you are unhappy with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
